I started commuter cycling in the summer of 2020 after nearly 30 years hiatus from cycling up until my late teens. Commuter cycling turned into recreational cycling in the autumn and soon became an expensive habit! I hope by sharing my journey, I can inspire someone to become physically & mentally healthy in much the same way I have through cycling.
